The following websites provide detailed instructions on how to vote your Fair Isaac (FICO) shares over the Internet. You will be asked to enter your control number(s) to ensure the security of your vote. You will find your control number on your Proxy Card or Voting Instruction Form received with your Proxy Statement. If you received your proxy materials electronically, your control number is contained in the e-mail you received.

• Registered Stockholders
  You are a “registered stockholder” if you hold your shares in your own name either through physical possession or with our transfer agent, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services, http://www.proxyvoting.com/fico
  
  
• Beneficial Stockholders
  You are a “beneficial stockholder” if you hold your stock through a broker, bank or other nominee. Beneficial stockholders are also known as “street name” stockholders. Please vote by following instructions provided by your Financial Institution.

Stockholders can conserve natural resources and save FICO postage and printing expense by consenting to receive future FICO proxy statements, annual reports to stockholders, and related proxy materials via the Internet. With the stockholder’s consent, they will receive an e-mail notification when these documents are available electronically. Consent to electronic delivery is valid until revoked by the stockholder. If stockholders do not consent to access FICO proxy statements, annual reports to stockholders, and related proxy materials via the Internet, they will continue to receive them in the mail.

• Beneficial Stockholders can enroll at http://www.investordelivery.com. You will need your control number (12-14 digits) found on the physical proxy card you received in the mail or within the email you received.
  
• Registered Stockholders can enroll at http://www.mellon.com/mis/investors/index.html, then click on “Get shareholder communication via e-mail”, then you will need your account number and PIN.
